FORTUNA Cover Terms & Conditions
1. General
Policies. We reserve the right to limit
each telephone call to half an hour and to limit each
call to one incident, which is defined as a single support issue or
question. We may also limit or terminate support
service to a customer who uses the service in an irregular, excessive,
abusive or fraudulent manner. Terms, conditions,
support features, procedures, pricing and support availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We also
reserve the right to refuse support to a user who is not covered by any
of the above plans. Please note that the cost of this Cover Plan does
not contribute towards the subscription or purchase of the
product.
2. Service
Availability. Support is limited to the
eligible period from the date of subscription to FORTUNA Cover.
Service availability may occasionally deviate from stated hours due to
maintenance and observed Australian public holidays. Call volumes
fluctuate so too will response time.
3. Limitations .
Inquiries are limited to the following areas: installation, upgrade
assistance, basic usability and basic functionality, as described in the
FORTUNA product documentation. We do not support
connectivity, hardware, software or networking problems that are
caused by the use of other Third Party products, not developed or
supplied by us. We do not cover inquiries relating to business practices
or accounting principles. Determining the eligibility of your call will
be up to the discretion of our support and/ or technical support team.
The Cover Plan does not cover site visits. If such visits are required
they will be charged at the prevalent hourly rates, plus traveling and accommodation
expenses.
4. Free
Software Upgrades and Updates. FORTUNA
Cover entitles subscribers to upgrades without charge if such upgrades
or updates become available during the term of your subscription.
Normally the upgrades and updates will be available on our
website. If for any reason you do need a CD to be sent, you will be
charged for shipping, handling and the cost of CD. |
