Pentium II minimum or AMD equivalent.
64 MB RAM (128 MB recommended)
14" SVGA monitor with 256 colors
Printers: Compatible with most Post-script & PCL Printers.

Operating System:

Windows 98, Windows NT 4, Windows 2000, Windows ME, Windows XP. The application has been tested on Windows 95, without any problems. Earlier versions of Windows are not supported.

Number of Users:

1 to 100. More than 1 user will require the database to be located on a separate machine (Server). For more details on multi - user installations, Contact Us.

Number of Records:

There are no practical limits on the number of records you can hold in the database.

Backups:

Backups of the data on external media are recommended at least once a week. Local backups on a network drive are recommended every day. 

Migration from Old Applications:

You can now setup your trust accounts, agents, commissions, property details, and other default values with the setup assistant. Contacts and listings can be easily imported. To obtain a copy of the import specifications Contact Us.
